Because our access to the Internet is limited & infrequent, and our connection slow and costly, please limit your e-mails to text only - no attachments, photos, video clips, etc. Even e-mails that have "built-in" attachments are problematic. "Plain Text" messages are best. This e-mail address is also monitored by our stateside liasons, John and Kim Williams, who may be able to answer questions or provide information. You may receive a response from them via this e-mail address.
We can receive regular "snail mail" but service is extremely slow. Think weeks, maybe even a month or two, whether receiving or sending. If you do mail us, send primarily letters. No bulky envelopes or packages. Apparently if the package looks or appears to have anything of value in it, it will likely not get delivered and instead be opened and the contents stolen. It is okay to send photo prints and other paper documents.
